Alumni 94

The SSC 94 batch alumni network required a centralized, nation-wide platform to register former students, distribute batch-specific administrative controls, and organize paid reunion campaigns. The system needed a secure payment processing layer to manage paid memberships and event ticketing, alongside an incentive-based referral program. Given the diverse geographic layout of users across Bangladesh, the billing infrastructure had to support multiple payment methods including international cards and all local mobile financial services (MFS) without causing checkout bottlenecks.

We engineered a custom alumni portal and transaction network built on the Laravel framework and MySQL. We integrated UddoktaPay through our custom payment gateway integration services to consolidate international payments and local billing options (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and credit cards) under a unified checkout interface. We designed a multi-tenant batchwise admin permission matrix, allowing local organizers to publish custom event links and automatically distribute PDF tickets upon payment verification. Additionally, we developed a secure credit referral ledger with automated validation rules, allowing users to earn commission credits and request MFS cashouts. Our team provided robust product strategy scoping to align transaction rules with local banking standards.

Optimized the relational database by building compound indexes on referral records, user accounts, and registration transaction tables to prevent query bottlenecks during high-volume event announcements. We mapped sitemap targets and chronological archives using responsive SaaS engineering standards, ensuring pages load in under 1 second. For frontend interactions, we applied accessible layouts designed by our UI/UX design studio to ensure smooth navigation for older alumni.
